Music system not working properly

I bought the F&D F700U music system on the date of 20th Jan and till the time of purchange it is not working, i have made complaint againt this but there was no improvement has been done.

first time they came and took the system for one month and when they returned it, there was no improvement and after returning back the FM of that was not woking after that we have talked so many times but no body has come to repair it.
