Nokia carecenter tempered my mobile

I had purchsed mobile set of nokia 5310 music express. after purchse of 3.5 months it got problem of network . i deposited set with them but insted of reparing it they dameged it and now saying that the set is tempered and their technician report is only last thing. they are not hearing my problem that the set is tempered by their dep.. whenever i call them they just mail me their rules . but not clearifying that the set is tempered at their nokiacare. they think that indian law is fool and take so much time that we cant do any of thing against them i want them to stop cheating indians. and some restrictions should be impose against them so that they will not do any thing wrong with indian. i want u to raise this issue then many indians will join against them. it is now case of indian law dignity.

i am educated so i am fiting against them but their are many illeterate persons who are not able to stand against them

i definetly sure that if this issue is rasied against nokia then many pepole will come with their problem against them.
