Loss of packet

Sir,

i was booked a packet (2 softwear box, 3cds, 2boards of mobile which"s worth is 5500 rs) which s. no. is * w46301883 * on dated 19-7 from first flight ltd. rudrapur (uttrakhand) branch to srinagar garhwal uttrakhand.

but this packet is not diliever to this address till now,

and i was informed many times to branch manager (mr.jai singh) and two times i give a wrritten complain, but nobody give me a satisfied answer, i am going daily to branch office but manager are not found there,

and another person not give me responce.
