Very bad customer cervice

I'm posting my complaint again which i have posted on 07th dec. still i didnt get any responce. even i tried contacting customer care many times, i didnt get any responce.

below r my complaints

Hello there,

I would like to post my issues assuming to get a better solution.

I purchased Fly Mobile (FLY B-400) on October 14th From Saravana Stores, T.Nagar. But after 5 days i saw problem in my handset (Key pad not working- some of the buttons is not working) I already gave my mobile at Customer Care at Velacherry (Shiva Communication--owner is chandra mohan and his mobile no-9442772760) on 27th October and the service people told that we can get the mobile with in a week. We went after a week and asked, got a reply saying there is some problem (defect piece) with the mobile we will give you a new mobile with-in a week. But till date I dont received any call from that centre & when I m going there every 2 days once and calling them often the Executive telling me "THEY DIDNT RECEIVE THE MOBILE FROM THE CENTRE, WE ARE WAITING FOR THAT" This is not good answer from the Customer care Side till today its more than 30-days (around one month) are going but no answer from the Customer Care Centre. Kindly note the same & do the needful.

This was the complaint i posted througt Fly customer care site as well as i have mailed to there mail-id.

Even we tried calling customer care no but no responce.daily i used to call to service center guy and he will say the same that he is yet to receive the mobile. Its really felt very bad to buy such a product.

Last friday (04/Dec/09) we got the DOA certificate from the service centre and he asked me to get mobile from fly dealer who is in Vysarpadi. So i went there on saturday (05 dec) but i cant able to see the dealer but the sales guy showed me only 2 Fly mobiles which is not in good, and sealed and asked me to take any one which i like. Now i was not integrested to buy Fly as i already sufferred for past 2 months for buying that product. I requested tat delar for other mobiles but he said he can able to give only Fly mobiles. I talked with Saravana store manager, he said the delar can able to give mobiles other than fly as he own a mobile shop, but the delear is not accepting and not even responding to give any other mobile. I called him and went there on saturday but he is not there in shop asked me to wait in shop, but he never turned back till i start.

"I REALLY DONT KNOW TO WHOM I CAN CONTACT FOR THE SAME, EITHER TO GET MY MONEY BACK OR TO GET SOME OTHER MOBILES PHONE. I'M HELPLESS. PLEASE SUGGEST ME AND LET ME KNOW TO WHOM CAN I CONTACT FOR THE SAME"

Everyone is working hard to earn money, but if the money is used in useless things no one will be happy, like me!!!

pls help me to get me either my money back or new mobile.
