Poor Service

I am a user of Fly Mobile. Specs are given below:

I bought this handset on 21st March and after 3 months of its purchase it kept developing a serious problem of "non-functioning of back key". I gave it to Fly service center and they returned it to me after 4-5 days. It was working well again, but after some days it again developed the same problem. I, again, went to the service center. This time, its headset adapting function was defective, too. The attendant gave me a job sheet and this time he didn't demand my battery, as he did everytime by saying that they don't have a spare battery to test the phone. Then he made me sit for about 4 hours, there, saying that the phone will be ready in 15 minutes. Suddenly, a man came and demanded my phone battery. The attendant took my battery and gave it to him. He returned back to work. The attendant did not created a new jobsheet after taking my battery, so that no proof remains that he took my battery. Then, he said, "You can come back again after 4 days to collect your handset."Since then, he is not returning my phone saying that it is pending for a KMA part and is also denying the charges that he took my battery. Fly Customer Care numbers don't exist and I fear that their service centers will also disappear after some days. I fear and highly suspect that Fly Mobiles is not a certified company. I gave my battery and handset to them on 7th August and today is 21st August. This is an example of poor Fly Services from which every innocent Fly customer suffers. The service center is long way from my house. I have already lost much money and precious time in making calls and travelling to their service center everytime their defective handset develops a new problem. I request all the consumers not to buy Fly Phones at any cost because they can be affordable phones and good at good features but they are worse than any of the recognised companies selling their handsets out there and providing better customer care. Fly Mobiles just cheat all of their customers. It is a noble and humble request by me to take a necessary action against Fly Mobile Service Center employees, which would help me in getting my phone back. Thanking You.
