With due respect i would like to bring to your notice the inconvenience I am facing with the hanset based co. (Fly mobile) and the service center you provide to your customer.
I purchased a fly Mobile handset with the model no. B450 on 4th Jan from the mobile shop at Mukherjee Nagar, which i bought it with a year warranty. After using for only a month i had a problem with the handset (4th Feb). I took the handset to the shop, they said the problem was with the joystick. They gave me the Address of the nearest service center. They gave the add. of 1

I went to the service center and they checked my handset and ask me to give a photo copy of the bill which i did. They ask me to come back after a week. But when i contact the service center they told me that the joystick had been dispatched from the company but they haven't received the packaged. It was only after a month they fixed my handset (only on the 2nd week of march).
Then after using the handset for 1 month i got the same problem wit the handset 1st week of April. I went to the service center and showed them the handset, they checked the handset and ask me to com back after a week. they told me they had to mail the complaints to the company.
But when i contact the service center they told me they haven't received the package. they told me they would give me a call when they receive the package. but i didn't receive any call. when i contact them again they said it will be there in a week. but that goes on for the whole month.
And the same goes on for the month of may.
I contact them a week back they told me they expect the package that evening. But when i contact them i got the same answer everyday.
So i want the concerned authority to look upon the inconvenience and take the necessary actions ASAP. As it is very much clear that no courier will take 2 months to deliver the package.
I am very unsatisfied with the handset and the service provided by the company.
