I am sumit kumar, I had brought tha Mobile FLY B-450 on the date 01.04.2011 cost of Rs.3300/- From YASH COMMUNICATION, BALLABGARH. After one month my mobile speaker get damage by itself, Speaker had distorted sound and display was got full of dust. I went to fly service ceter SONY TELECOM, FARIDABAD FOR check up. Service Enginneer said that display is ok and they revert back my mobile in 6-7 days without any proper maintenance. After 15 days of servicing mobile get damage by display and get dusty. I could not go there becoz I was very busy. Than I went on 03.06.2011 for check up my mobile.
While mobile is in warranty period however they regret to change mobile dummy for restriction the dust while it is under company fault. Thay do not change mobile body and display yet.
So pls you are requested to please take my metter in action. I am looking forward for your kind support.
