Please find enclosed herewith a complaint against the Service Centre of Fly India (mobiles) which is self explanatory. You are requested to kindly look into it. It is further requested that my defective mobile phone No. E-106 may please be replaced at the earliest which has become more defective after the repairs done by M/s. Aura Telecom, Munirka, New Delhi (the authorized dealer of Fly mobiles in Delhi).
I gave them for checking as it was taking 4-5 hours for charging, but after due repairs/replacement, they gave me in return a E-106 mobile with broken DISPLAY SCREEN WITH LOTS OF SCRATCHES. I returned it to them for replacement of DISPLAY SCREEN (TOUCH SCREEN).
They again returned it by breaking its Memory Card Lock (but never informed me at the time of returning this mobile back to me).
Now, this mobile has become fully defective only because of the mishandling done by M/s. AURA TELECOM, MUNIRKA, NEW DELHI and is not usable. So Fly India is requested either to refund me my hard earned money of Rs.5500/- or replace this handset with a brand new FLY MOBILE, at the earliest.

*Unfortunately this mobile was gifted to my Cousin Brother, MR. GURUVANSH SINGH, on his marriage anniversary. I feel very sorry that I have gifted such a mobile of sub-standard quality to my cousin brother on his marriage anniversary. Now nothing could be done, except one thing, that this defective set may be replaced and given to Mr. Guruvansh Singh by Fly India.
