Shortage of repairing parts, earphone and charge

I am using a fly mobile which got some problem, mobile repairing mechanics says i have to get a mobile part so call "patta". but i couldn't get it even from the repairing center...

please help me out to get the stated mobile's part including a charger and a earphone sets... mobile:- FLY
