Sony Ericsson
Mobile Phone neither repaired not replaced at the Cente

I bought a Sony Ericsson phone (Zylo - W20) on 02nd August out of the blue its speaker stopped working on 16th September. I gave my phone at the Sony Ericsson Center (RT Outsourcing Services LTD - faridabad) on 17th September, Work Order Number - SE31005713197. Since then i have been to the Center 5 times, have spoken to them on the phone around 5-6 times on different occasions, have been told multiple times that will get a replacement phone now as the phone parts are not available. Today on 3rd November, again have been told the same that will get a replacement and that since an email was not sent earlier thatswhy could not be arranged so far.

Had sent emails to customer care however got replies that should contact them on customer service number - 011 39011111. When i called the customer service number was told that they cannot do anything and that i should send an email to put in my complaint. When i asked to speak to a manager, was told that he is on another call and cannot talk to me. Finally after being on the call for nearly 15-20 minutes my complaint was logged by the same adviser (Vijay Anand) who had earlier asked me to send an email. No complaint reference has been given, i have been asked to call after 48 hours to follow-up on my complaint. when i asked for the manager's name, was given his first name and was told that no one knows his surname (quite surprising!!).

I have spent Rs 8050 on this phone and nearly Rs 1000 on the phone calls and visits to the service center, not only that but i had to buy a new phone as well worth Rs 7200 since the center could not provide a Standby phone.
