My LCD was not working and I called Koryo customer care on 21st July. Engineer came to my house and said, one part need to order. Its almost 15 days but no one came to my house to change the part. LCD is out of order and each time I called Customer care, I got answer " please give us 4-5 days". Today 4th August when I called customer care, they said they need another 10 days. They need 1 month to change the part. Even not sure if they will change it or not. This is mental harasment and they are forcing to buy new LCD/TV..
