Poor quality TV and Poor after sales service

Hi,

It has been a very disappointing experience since we have purchased this TV set (Model - KLV-32S550A) from Sony. It was advertised and promised to be a class apart experience, but sadly it has never came even close to it. It has been almost two years I purchased this TV set, since then I have got this TV repaired for almost three times (couple of time for motherboard, one for screen itself). This time it has been for some other purpose.

I have been waiting for about a weeks now, I haven''t heard anything from support office (service centre) or authorized partner. My problem doesn't stop here - warranty period is said to be expired and every repair and replacement is getting to be very costly now.

Conclusively, It has been a very bad experience. It would be helpful if you can look into this problem.
