My whirlpool front loading automatic washing machine, just crossed one and half years of its life, is making a huge noise while running time. Matter was reported to the service centre and technician attended on 20th December and he was said that the shaft was damaged and needed to be replaced. He said that he will send vehicle to take the machine for replace the shaft. But the technician not turned back till this time. I am given so many reminder calls and simply they are telling that they did not have spare shaft and yet to receive from HQ. It is now almost a month and we have not been able to use the machine. Even now, the service center gives the same answer that they do not have the shaft.
