This is to inform that on 2nd jan i called up customer care because i was facing problem in using gprs facility in my phone instead of helpin me they created a mess for me. they gave me alot of number to called up so that i can solve my problem but it didnt. when i call in the given number the person said your state is diffrent and you should contact the respective customer care service then again they give me new numbr that day i calledup atleast 20 numbers all went wrong as i was in rooming i balance got finished because of that.my balance was 150 and at the end it left with 10rs only. And also i recharged my cell by 100rs but it didnt get the balance yet when i said i'll complain about all the things you done to me they cut my phne and then stop pickin up. I need my 150 100 rupees back as soon as possible
