Warranty denial after damaging the camera

I had submitted my camera JX-250 to one of service center in Nehru Place-Delhi, which got dead only after one time use. Now I had been told that the camera having scratches & physically damaged, so asked to collect it back. Nobody is explaining how it got damaged, when it had been taken in excellent condition without a single scratch. I believe that this is very simple & common practice in every service center to note down the scratch marks, particularly in case of the physically damaged items, as I had been told that it is physically damaged.

After many followups I had been told the camera had submitted to a collection center not a service center, so the condition of camera shall be considered only after reaching to service center.

I had submitted the my camera to its center, to me which is as good as a service center. It was physically checked & found no damages. Now the company don't like to provide the warranty

And it is very simple way for denying the services, which cannot be expected by these well known company. Even these days small vendors take responsibility for their shipments through couriers, whereas I had personally handover the camera in good condition.

It is like not all brand names always stands for good standards.
