I regrate to inform you that Electroux Kelvinator E5.5 Aurum 16 L Washing Machine which I purchased from you on 25/10 Invoice No: VA/OCT08/0083 (Sales Consultant: Jija Chatte for Rs.11, 250.00 at your Swctor 17, Vashi, Navi Mumbai Shop, is NOT AT ALL WORKING SINCE DATE OF PURCHASE. Few months after this purchase of this washing machine you have closed down your Outlet-shop in Vashi and shifted somewhere that you had not intimated to me for sale after your service.
Initially after long keeping complains with you, your washing machine personnel kept me promising that the after availing exact spare parts at electroluxinsta service center machine will get me repaired at companies cost.
At present said machine has not yet repaired.
PLEASE REPLACE IT OR GET IT REPAIR FOR ME.
