POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE

Dear sir,

I have purchased one Bajan food processor (FX-10 Food Factory) on 27 Jan 11 vide invoice no. 405056 from INCS. for demo of the above product they provide me customer care NO-9323274054 (Mr Morish) which is looking after Colaba area. I contacted the person tree four times but no positive reply was made by the individual and neigther any one visited for demo. It is very sad to inform you that such a reputed company dos't care about customer and appoint such a careless people like Mr. Morish who is spoiling Bajaj Electricals name
