Weak signal

Dear Sir,

My Garuda mobile no.20622000. signal is very weak and the battery gets drained out. Two weeks back after making several complains Mr. Satam from MTNL attended my residence to see the weak signal and said that he wil go to the nearest tower and enhance the signal. He hinted me for some tip for which I ignored. Then when i called again Mr. Kulkarni was on line who said that Mr. Satam is handling your matter and you take care of Mr. Satam and he will do your job. I contacted mr. Satam and he said he cant do anything as there is a fault in your mobile and he will tell his senior to call, he also said that when he came to my residence I did not look after him. Please look into this Problem as my mobile is the first mobile and has given me problems since installation.
