I have purchased the Generator from Vardan Machinery Store 80/91, Latouch Road, Kanpur on 6t5 june. of the of Rs.24, 000/- from day begining when they supplied in home. generator was not started. i told him Replace the Generator but they refused it and send mechanic to set the Generators. they corrected it next day when i again started the Gen set. it started but after one hour all the mobile from engine is spread out side in the floor. i again complain it but they didnot send the mechanic nor replace. after giving several call on mobile they did not respond. I request you please take action against such dealer and charged heavy penality so that no dealers cheat the customers. your early deceison is highly appreciated.
