Mobile is not charging

Hello Dear

My Name is Sameer I have purchased a china mobile G'FIVE Model No. G300 from a shop at Jaipur on 06-January, from very first day of using it creates a problem in charging, when i set it for charging it never shows battery is full and after two hours charging it never shows that battery is full when I approached to shopkeeper he says we are not responsible for it.

First time i have used Gfive product and creates a problem and there is no option to change the handset or solve the problem.

What can I do I have purchased it for Rs.2200
