Harassment by Airtel Customer care

I just spoke to customer care 3 times. Two times customer care representatives disconnected my call. It is really painful to reconnect it again as it will take more than 10 minutes to get a chance to speak to Customer care representatives and latter without resolving the issue either they are disconnecting the call or they are saying that we are transferring your call to our senior executives and we just wait for another 10-15 minutes and didn’t get a chance to speak to Senior executives. After 15 minutes call got disconnected automatically.

This is really painful.
