I Bought a Onida Washing Machine Front Loading HYDRO PLUS 55 on 29 Jan 11, at the arrival of the delivery on 30 Jan 11, i found that the box was open from the bottom, so i informed the person who came along, i was consoled that it was nothing to worry about and everything will be fine i wanted to gift to to my wife on her birthday on 26 Feb 11, until then i had not opened the machine and was in the box when i opened it i found that 1 rubber leg was missing so i contacted GIRIAS and i was informed that they will raise a complain with Onida, I also requested for a demo of the product as i was about to use it for the very first time, So the Onida Technician arrived Named Ashok, we were al set to was the first set of clothes in the guidance of the technician the water was filling and after a certain level all the water was thrown out of the machine, tried again the same thing happened, So the technician checked and found it was a defective piece
and informed me to contact GIRIAS for a replacement, when called GIRIAS they are refusing for replacement and asking me to contact ONIDA, i have become a football between the two.
Very Unhappy with GIRIAS...
