i purchased a new inverter with battery from global inovatives. on 10-05-11. he giving me a 2 years guarantee of the product, but from 12 th onwards his inverter is not working, i gave minimum 10 times complaint to his office but nobody respond . so plz note down a complaint against him . as early as possible.
