Wter leakage in refrigerato

I purchased a single door 183 ltr frig model GDE 19c2 on 10.12.2008. Whenever it is defrosted or after power cut the water leaks from it. I made several complaints but the defect could not be rectified. I had also taken a service contract on 07.06.2010. I am unable to get your call centre No. hence this mail.
