My refrigirator cooling system is not functioning for the last ten days. i registered a complaint with godrej through toll free no 1800 209 5511 on 9-10-10 ond received sms as "your" call no 722241, csn 786. on 11-10-10 i received sms as service call is completed with-out attending. The same was reported to godrej and another complaint was booked to that extent another sms was received as "your" call no 722678, csn 957 on the day. I personally reported the same to srisai elctronics, godrej service center, musarambagh, Hyderabad on 12-10-10, requesting them to attend the complaint. surprisigly another sms was received on 13-10-10 that service call is completed without any attendance.
