Sub: Refrigerator is not working...

Dear Sir,

I have purchased the refrigerator Model no. 221 Ele 090562199 dtd 01.06.2009. Within this duration (1year 4 months) my refrigerator faced the compressor problem 2 times. On yr warrenty says the compressor have 5 years warrenty... what is the use? If the product is not good.

Now we had made the complaint to your customer service, without checking the machine they are asking the Rs.250/- as service charges... I request you to provide a good condition refrigerator immdly or pl refund my amount and take back yr product.
