I HAD MICROVEN MODEL NO-GMGI7E07SLGXNOO6DO8. I HAD CALLED A MECHANICS FROM THE AUTHORISED DEALER DUE SOME DEFECT IN DOOR SWICH.THE MECHANIC (BISWAJIT) CAME ON 13/07/10 . THE SERVICE ORDER NO-298168. WITHOUT DOING ANY FRUITFUL WORK HE CHARGED RS350/- AS SERVICE CHARGE. MOREOVER HE HAD TAKEN RS 200/- ADVANCE FOR CARRYING THE MICROVEN TO THE SERVICE CENTRE ON NEXT DAY. BUT TILL NOW NOACTION HAS TAKEN IN THIS REGARD.
WITH GREAT SORROW I HAS TO CONFESS THAT SUCH A RENOWED COMPANY HAS SUCH A POOR POST SERVICE.EVEN AFTER CALLING TO YOUR COMPANY OVERPHONE SEVERAL TIMES NO POSITIVE RESPONSE HAS BEEN RECEIVED YET.
PL YOU LOOK INTO THIS MATTER SERIOUSLY TO REDRESS THE GRIEVANCE OF THE CUSTOMER.
