No bill/ Warranty card/ Not working

I have registered the complaints/ issues facing with the Video Door Phone/Lock purchased from Eureka forbes Team, Bangalore and the ref No October- 073

The complaints are

1. The Lock is not opening/ releasing automatically when the release button is pressed in the monitor/Phone. We have to release manually every time. This problem happened within 5 months from the date of Installation

2. Actually the instrument was installed by thier service Engineer team from Bangalore (Mr. Eerranna and their Team) on 08.05.2010 after un due delay in installation. But I have not recd the Original Invoice/ Gurantee Card till now. I have been told that the same will be sent to me after Installation.
