Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to kindly inform you that I on 21/02 bought a Godrej Washing Machine from a shop 'Anandamela, G-9 Gariahat Market, Kolkata- 19'.
On 22/02 when the technician came for demonstration it was found that the product is a used and defective one as the machine switch panel: Drain selector switch, Spin timer switch are damaged. The machine is also broken from backside and they also have' nt provided us with the user manual. The product is actually manufactured on ' May' When i reported to the shop they started harassing us by assuring to replace it but not sending any fresh product or any technician and continuing this harassment everyday. I have done full payment for the washing machine and they are not even refunding our money.
