We own Philips Water Purifier bearing Sl No: WP 3890 937 073982 which was purchased on 26.02.2010 and installed.

On the day of installation itself, the delivery of water is very low and when complianed to their service engineer, they replied that they have install one pump which is out of stock, and the same will be insatlled free of cost within one month. Till date no action.

Due to very thin water flow we have used much and hardly we should have take water about 40-50 ltrs.

Adding to the above, the filter out let is stopped in 22.10.2010 and we made several complaints (No: " 193332). After few days, a rep visited and he asked us to prccure filter and pump which costs about 1700 Rupees.

I HAVE NEVER EXPECTED SUCH A WORST REPONSE FROM LEADING COMPANIES.

DON'T BUY SUCH PRODUCTS.
