Brand new Oven not working, no response from the company or the deale

I bought a Godrej Convection Oven from Vijay Sales on 27th July. Within 2 months it started giving problems. There was continuous noise coming from the oven even without it being in use. As soon as the main plug point would be switched on, the noise starts coming without the Oven Power being switched on. We made repeated complaints to the Godrej customer care. After various calls, an executive came and informed that some part was not working. We were shocked to know that just a 2 month old oven was giving us problems. He didnt have the spare part and informed us that he will come back. However its been over a month now and hes still not come back. He asked us not to use the oven and we are unable to use the oven for the longest time. We have made several reminder calls after that to Godrej but failed, havent recieved any response as yet, The Vijay sales customer care no is perpetually busy and not reachable. We are disgusted with the service. Never thought that a reputed company like Godrej would make products like these. Would never recommend it to anyone ever. Need urgent solution...
