Asking too much time for a new phone service

Respected sir/madam,

On 16.10.2010 i bought a Nokia product from Vijay sales (Thane w - teen haat naka) [ model no: 5233

black]. And in the present state i started facing this battery draining problem. When called up Vijaysales

they asked me to call at Nokia gallery and when called up there they asked me to call Nokia service

centre it was a whole Mary go round for me!

So as in need i went to Mulund (w) service center, next to 399 bus stop. After waiting for 45 mins [token

id n-17 on 13.11.2010] i get to hear is deposit your battery for 10 days which was really ridiculous and

complete waste of time. If i would do that, have to suffer major loss on my business as I can’t stay

without my phone for 10days. I was really upset with this kind of service from Nokia service cenre.

I pledge your team to take a quick action on this and a give a relief to my matter. Hoping for a

quick action and positive response.
