MY REFIGERATOR COMPRESSOR WAS RUNNIG CONTINUOUSLY. I HAD GIVEN THE COMPLAINT ON 28TH JUNE AND I ASKED THEM TO PROVIDE SERVICE ON URGENT BASES. BUT TILL 2ND JULY NO ONE VISITED TO MY HOUSE. I HAD CALLED UP TO SERVICE CENTRE FOR MORE THAN TEN TIMES. EVERY TIME THEY ARE GIVING ME DETAILS OF COMPLAINT AND ASSURE ME THAT TODAY HE WILL COME ETC.LASTLY THEY HAVE GIVEN THE SERVICE CENTRE CONTACT NUMBER BUT EVEN THEY ARE NOT PICKING UP THE PHONE. SO LOOK AT THIS HOW THEY ARE CARING FOR CUSTOMER . PLS, FRIENDS THINK 100 TIMES BEFORE PURCHASING GODREJ PRODUCT.
