I have been complaining to Godrej customer care to rectify problem cooling problem of my godrej fridge which is in warranty. The customer care deptt has sent engineers 4 times to my residence but without any one finding fault. Gas was filled twice and today even the compressor was changed but fridge is not yet working. I feel godrej does not have proper technicians. They are not able to locate the fault but are trying to rectify thru hit and trial method.
In this manner while me and my family continue to suffer in summer, godrej also is loosing on time and money by sending reps/ engineers many a times.
will somebody in godrej takes cognizance of this and try to sort out my problem
