I AM KAMAL KAPOOR MOBILE NO 9810009984 RESIDENT OF HOUSE NO 1883, SECTOR 28, FARIDABAD, I PURCHASED A ONIDA WASHING MACHINE MODEL HYDRO FALL 72 S FROM ASHOKA TRADING COMPANY SHOP NO. 46, 47, SECTOR 16, MARKDET, FARIDABAD121002 VIDE BILL NO. 1229 ON 23.5.10. SINCE THE BEGINING OF THE PURCHASED FROM THE FIRST MONTH THIS WASHING MACHINE IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. WE START THE MACHINE AND AFTER RUNNING TEN MINUTES IT STOPS AND RESTARTS AGAIN AFTER 10 MINUTES AND LIKE THIS OUR CLOTHES DAMAGED DUE TO TEN MINUTES OF THE STOP OF MACHINE. WE ARE COMPLAINING SINCE THE FIRST MONTH OF THE PURCHASE OF THE MACHINE AND YOUR COMPLAINT IS ATTENDED AND PROBLEM IS FIXED TEMPERARILY BUT PROBLEM AGAIN STARTS FROM THE NEXT DAY OR SO ON. WE COMPLAINT REGULARLY AND ASK THE COMPLAINT ATTENDENT TO CHANGE THE PART AS THE PROBLEM IS NOT SOVED WITH MINOR REPAIR BECAUSE THE PROBLEM IS FROM THE BIRTH OF THE WASHING MACHINE AND IT NEEDS PART CHANGE. YOU ARE REQUESTED TO CHANGE THE PART OF THE MACHINE AND FIX THE PROBLEM.
