Complaint Not served for more than 3 months

I purchased a Godrej Eon Refrigerator in Dec.

From the first day I found that the Device leaked, So i lodged a complaint to Godrej. Formally they assigned an engineer to analyse and solve the problem this happned immediately within a day or two. After that the enginner gave a feedback to the Godrej that the compressor base [Plastic Moulding] has got a crack and needs to be replaced this was in the month of Jan.

Till now the complaint has not been served. Even after the repetitive call back and assurance from the company representatives. I am been told that the part is unavailable and as soon as the part is available they would replace the same.

I refuse to belive that the company itself doesn't have the part of a new refrigerator.

I am still waiting for the part to get replaced.
