I have Idea postpaid connection form 2007. I register my card at Pune. Know I am in Thane form last 1 month. My complaint is: From 27/02 I not am getting the Network on my cell phone. Instead of this I put the MTNL card on same handset, its working fine. I went to the dealer at Mulund Station area name-Kush Telecom to pay my bill 1200/- and asking him of my complaint logon. He refuse to take my complaint because of my card belongs to Pune. He suggests me to go Pune for this regards. I have login my complaint on Idea cellular ltd. web side 5 times all time they closed my complaint without any solution.
I am fed up with this Idea Company, please do the needful
