GODREJ Refrigerator ref GFE36DZ
Defect in Auto Defrost System

This is in reference to my new purchase of refrigerator from Vijay Sales, situated in HUB, Goregaon east vide invoice no. 82-BGD06-10SIAOT 785 dated 05-06.

The model reference is GFE36DZ WIN RED Chasis No 1003220012.

In this regards, this has been noticed that there is some problem in "Auto Defrosting System" since drops of wqater are driplilng from the body of the refrigerator as a pace 500 ml per hr.

The refrigerator is 18 days old and the product was procured from a brand name of "GodreJ".

Under this situation this is highly regreted to lodge thye complaint regarding the defect noticed in your product.

You are kindly requested to send your representative to please look into the problrm and get the problem solved at the earliest.
