This is complaint against faulty stabilizer and trollies provided when we had purchased Godrej Refirgerator and washing machine.
I, Ketan Dandekar, residing at Pune (Mahalaxmi Complex, B/9, Vishal Nagar, Aundh-Wakad Road, Jagtap Dairy, Pune-411027 had during the period from Dec. to May purchased the following from the Radhika Sales Corporation, Pimpri, Pune-411017:-
1) Refrigerator Godrej GDE23-S-4 (Col-RED) )(Vide Invoice No. DT/021205 dt.26/12 EMARKS: Representative from your Smartcare Authorise)(Service Centre visited us and did installation to our satisfaction
2) Washing Machine Godrej GMF 650FDC)
He also advised us to purchase trollies for both Refrigerator Washing Machine and as per our order supplied the same. The trolly which was provided for Refrigerator was not suitable to our model and hence was broken within some months and we had to remove it which we did in time and avoided the collapse of Refrigerator. This fact was confirmed by another Representative from Smartcare Authorised Service Centre, Chinchwad was called by us for checking the stabilizer which was not functioning properly and resulting in stoppage of normal functioning of Compresser. Actually the stabilizer was found to be pasted with the sticker reading "RECO-MMENDED TO USE FOR REFRIGERATORS UPTO 200 LITERS ONLY'. For no fault of ours we had to go for new stabilizer costing us another Rs.2300/-On 28/11 new stabilizer has been in use and since then the Refrigerator is started functioning smoothly.
3> The same issue with trolly due to incorrect size provided was experienced for our washing machine as well (automatic, fuzzy logic)
I request you kindly to consider the position stated above and arrange to:-
A) Replace the broken trolly with new one for the Refrigerator (suitable to the model)
B) Replace the broken trolly with new one for the Refrigerator (suitable to the model)
C) Take back the stabilizer which was not suitable to our Refrigerator and refund the cost. This was supplied by Ashish Eng.(smartcare authorised)
Please take a note that failing to get your positive response immediately, I shall be constrained to take the matter before the higher authorities of the Company in Mumbai.
