Dear Sir,

1.I had ordered for a dinner set costing Rs 2999.00 and paid in advance through HDFC cheque, which has also been debited to my account on6th July. I am yet to receive my order though I have received the free gift of four table mats. Kindly execute the order or refund my money.

2. I found that you have two accounts in my name: 0-000-479-334-5 and 1-005-527-337-9. I am to request you to keep only one account operational.
