Airtel prepaid recharge
I have balance Rs. 141 for A-2-A calls but airtel number are not connecting

My mobile No. is 9871106686. I have Balance Rs. 14.50 and A-2-A call balance Rs. 141. But Airtel Number are not connecting and voice mail say that my active service has finished. In my mobile validity is till to 3 january. Then how can be my active service has finished when i have also balance for other calls which is shown in balance request.

Please send me reason and told me why they are doing that.
