I have purchased a Videocon Refrigerator yesterday from Great Eastern vide Bill No 0563 dt 25/05 & to my surprise it was delivered to me today evening (though defective) instead of tomorrow as per promised. But when I installed the the appliance, I found that the light inside is not working. I tried to contact them over the telephone to all their numbers available on their bill as well as over the internet but not a single call was answered. I am tired of contacting them but finally gave up. I never expected such a poor service from such a so called reputed firm.
