We had bought a Samsung 1.5 ton AC on the 10 of April and it was suposed to be delivered on the 12th after it was not delivered we contacted them and asked when it would be delivered they gave a number 22901610 and asked to call no one has picked up the call till date on that number even after trying about a 100 times when we informed them about it they said that they could not help it and we have to contact that number. After which we asked to speak to the manager and were given another number 9831152337 and even after calling that number numerable number of times no one picked up the call we still avent got the product we purchased and have no clue when or if at all they are planning to deliver it.the bill number is tc/cm/00004/10-11
