my philiphs mp3 player is not displaying the contents rest all the features are in working condition but the screen is completely blank. Hence on contacting the authorised service center of kanpur branch...
1.they didnot respnd properly...
2.they said that the player is dead...
3.On confirming them that player is on working mode by making them playing the sound so that they can listen .they told that it cannot be repaired.
during this whole conversation the the dealing of those people was very rude and bad...
I Want you to sort out this problemand repair my player as soon as possible...
