I purchased a samsung mobile GT-S5570 model on 4th of april which was working fine till monday 11th
suddenly on tuesday the speaker stopped working. Am unable to get a ring sound when i recieve a call and unable to play the songs. so when contacted the service center they said that there is a problem with the speaker and has to be replaced. I asked for a piece replacement as the problem occured with in 2 weeks of puchase but they refused to do so, i asked atleast to replace the hardware ASAP as am unable to take the calls (no ring). Its difficult me to stay in silent mode and missing a lot of important calls. I wisited the service center on saturday and monday also called up on tuesday still there is no response.
Please look into this issue. and suggest me a solution.
