Oken goods while transferring

Hi,

i am smita.we transfered our goods from gurgaon to nagpur through h2h pckers.they forced us to do an insurance of electronic goods, we did the same, but after our goods were recovered they broke our washing machine and dining table.when we ask them to claim about the insurance they did not responded and after sometimes they threatened us saying"KARLE JO KARNA HAI, DEKH LOONGA TUJHE". WE DID NOT EXPECT THIS FROM BHARDWAJ AND SHARMA.they had created worst expression on atleast my mind and also my friends. i will never suggest this company's name to anyone.they never gave us the insurance claim for our damaged goods.what can we do regarding this.
