No voice outgoing and sick service centres

I bought a HAIER CDMA handset model no. C 2030 in september[ 20/09].I am sick of their service partner's response and their services.they are harassing me with their non-professional attitude.i bought this handset 3 months back and since then i have a problem that my caller could not hear my voice though i could hear them clearly. I have deposited my handset for 4 times, but they return me with the existing problem again and again. This time they are keeping my phone since November 22 and are not returning me saying that it's spare parts are not available.is that my problem? they asked me to wait for 15-20 days long time for repairs on 4th occassion, but are not giving me the handset.please help me. Latest complain number- HA094871126037 am suffering a lot and this is causing me a lot of stress.their service partner, s details are as follows:
