Myself Jag Parvesh Chauhan, Noida, India, I purchased a Haier Refrigerator, BMR Model, in Feb.

Refrigerator is not cooling from last 1 month, I had registered complaint on 14/15 May.
Engineer visited on 20 May after a long calling and intimation procedure from my side.
The issue is fixed on 20th, he billed 1500 Rs. Billing include change of Timer and Visiting charges.
After a day I noticed same issue is there, I contact to technical person whom has visited, technical incharge, customer care. Till date they have no reply and no one has visited. And there is no positive feedback from the side of service center
I am facing lots of trouble at present and I had a urgent need for refrigerator, if the problem is not sort out in this week then I m going to file the case in consumer court.
Hence I m still suffering the problem, help me in getting the product replaced/repaired and to get the compensation. If possible I would like to change the model/product. Now I request you to kindly look into the matter and also tell if someone paying to get repaired then after is not getting the issue fixed.
