Negligence of customer services

I purchased a motorola yuva (W 388) handset in the month of september in the year 2009. It got some message error after few months. We informed it to the retailer and finally handset was submitted at motorola service center at Bhopal. It is still with them and they are extending the date whenever we are asking for it. This has been going on from past two months. We had some error in our nokia handset but they replaced it in a very few days. nokia is a much better company then Motorola in customer service. We are fed up with the extension of date and poor customer service. Motorola is a Internationally renowed company and this kind of service wasn't expected. It is very dissatisfying for its customers.
