We had bought HAIER LCD TV MODEL L42S9, 2 years back from now. and the display had gone so we called the consumer care who sent a technician home. after inspecting he suggested that the board must be replace which will cost 4000 rs.. we still agreed to pay the huge amount.. its been 2 months now that we have lodged a complaint and still there is no response from their side.. i even spoke to the sales excecutive but nobody is ready to take any action. and they keep disconnecting our calls
i request everyone not to buy any of their products as they try to dissatisfy customers
